What can I expect with my order?

All artwork is handcrafted, slow made & entirely unique. Because of the layering techniques in my process, most paintings take 2 weeks to complete. It is truly a labour of love. All resin artwork is made using high grade non-yellowing Art Resin to ensure long durability & high shine. All paintings are signed, dated and come with a Certificate of Authenticity. All orders are sent with a Care Guide.

*Please understand while I make every effort to ensure that the pictures show the artwork as accurately as possible, some colours may appear slightly different in person due to lighting and screen settings variations

*I am a perfectionist at heart and always strive for my paintings to have a flawless finish. Please understand I try my best to reduce the amount of environmental interference but a 'flawless finish' cannot always be guaranteed. I will never list a painting unless I am completely satisfied with the finish & quality.

How do I hang my artwork?

Every painting comes ready to hang in a beautiful floater frame. Cradled wood panels are used for every painting base, meaning they have an inset area on the back making hanging very easy. Stainless steel wire has been attached to every painting back.

Do you teach or share tutorials of your process?

I'm afraid I do not offer teaching or tutorials for my artistic process. Being self-taught, I have learnt through endless exploration of various mediums, techniques, and colour palettes. My advice to those interested in learning my process is to follow a similar path of experimentation. Test out different techniques and materials, and embrace the joy of discovery! SHIPPING & PICKUP

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! I offer FREE pickup on all products from my studio in Percy Main, North Shields. I also attend Tynemouth Market most Saturdays & Sundays where I offer pickup aswell.

Some paintings are also available for purchase from the Cove Lifestyle store in Tynemouth. If purchased through my website, these paintings are available for Free pickup directly from the store.

If you choose pickup upon checkout, I will email you to arrange a place, date & time.

When can I expect my order to arrive?

All artworks are packed and shipped once the payment transaction has been confirmed. Please allow me 1-4 business days to pack your artwork. Once your order is dispatched, I will send tracking information in the dispatch confirmation email so you can track your order every step of the way. Your order should then arrive within 1-4 business days after dispatch.

Most orders are received within 4 business days of purchase.

The shipping price includes shipping & handling within the UK. The price is calculated by the total order amount & weight.

My priority is to get your artwork safely to you - All shipments are properly insured.

All artwork is securely packaged and protected.

UK packages are shipped with DHL Express or EVRI. Most orders will require a signature upon delivery.

Please note that any extra shipping fees (customs, VAT, etc.) are on the responsibility of the buyer/ recipient!

To cut down on waste, every order is packaged with reused packing materials. I will always make it clear your parcel it is a KYLE BEVAN ART order.

Worldwide shipping :

Currently, I am unable to offer Worldwide shipping. This is something I'm actively working on! If you live outside the UK and would like to purchase a painting, please do email me kbevanart@gmail.com and we can work out the best way to get your painting safely to you!

COMMISSIONS

What is the process for custom work?

My main focus is always on my own collections but if you're interested in a custom, I always love to offer the possibility for an unique custom made piece whenever I can! please email me at kbevanart@gmail.com and include these details in your message:

  • Rough Size
  • Colour palette
  • Add 2-5 photos of my earlier pieces you resonate with
  • Add a picture of the space your planning to hang your artwork in. This is optional but will help me envision what would look best for the space
  • Any additional information and references

Please note, due to the nature of my craft all artworks are original, one of a kind and therefore cannot be directly replicated. I can use a similar colour palette and techniques to previous works but cannot guarantee the final look. I think this is the beauty of the craft!

I will message you throughout the process to ensure you are happy at every stage. My priority is that you love your custom piece.

How long do custom orders take?

On average, a custom made piece of original artwork can take between 2-4 weeks after payment depending on several factors.

How are custom order payments taken?

Once we have aligned the vision for your custom piece, I will send you a price quote. I require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all custom work. Once payment is received, I will begin working on your piece. The rest of the payment will be taken after the artwork is complete prior to shipment/pickup. A deposit is necessary to cover the upfront costs of the materials and time.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Under normal circumstances, I do not accept returns or exchanges for original artwork. I urge all buyers to fully read the sizes and full description of the artwork they are interested in prior to purchase. However, if you have any inquiries or concerns, please feel free to reach out to me directly at kbevanart@gmail.com. I am always here to assist you and address any issues that may arise.

There are no refunds offered on original art and commissions.

Refunds are only accepted when the item has been damaged in shipping. I always ensure to the best of my ability that your artwork will arrive in perfect condition. Please contact me immediately if the item is damaged so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right! it is important to retain the packaging until we have agreed a resolution. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. if a return is agreed, I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
